Project Manager & Design

Kat Hartmann

As the co-founder and Project Manager at kith+kin homes, I handle the day-to-day operations and design elements of our projects. My background in construction management, combined with 17 years of experience in leadership and project management, allows me to bring precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create a home that works for families. Before transitioning into construction, I served as a pastor, overseeing operations for a large church and leading a department of 90 people. I also ran operations for Jared at Magnolia Realty and helped oversee the day-to-day activities for Jared's band, Flyleaf. These experiences have shaped my approach to every project, ensuring that we create spaces where families can thrive.

Construction Manager & Guide

Jared Hartmann

Jared is the Construction Manager at kith+kin homes, offering unbiased guidance to our clients while overseeing all all of our job sites. With over 10 years of expertise in residential new construction and development, he ensures that each project is built to the highest standards. Jared’s entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 15 when he built a multi-million dollar business with his band, Flyleaf, which achieved platinum status. After years of touring the world, he transitioned to real estate, desiring more time with his family while helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. His integrity, excellence, and commitment to The Golden Rule are the foundation of every project we undertake.
